We started Pioneering Network with the explicit goal of delivering rock-solid, reliable, around-the-clock IT support for a core group of small to medium-sized businesses and nonprofits. After years of working for other IT firms, we set out to build a company that actively addressed the failures we saw in our industry. Among other things, we sought to do away with slow response times, budget overruns, poor communications, and a lack of forward thinking when it came to integrating new technologies into changing office environments. Now in our sixth year, based on extensive feedback from our clients, we feel that we’ve made great progress towards achieving our goals.
